Whether you have health insurance or not, we offer a variety of payment options to ensure that quality healthcare remains affordable. We accept most insurance plans including:

We also accept auto insurance and may accept a wide variety of other health insurance for which we may be out of network. Since benefits vary depending on the plan, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment at no charge.

If you don’t have insurance, you’ll find our fees to be very affordable.  We can also offer financing through CareCredit and other companies as an additional payment option for neuropathy treatments.
